Job Summary:

As a Technical Lead at Iotics, you will lead our development team in creating sophisticated web and mobile applications using MongoDB, Express.js, NestJS, React, GraphQL, and Node.js (MERN stack). This role involves architectural design, team leadership, strategic decision-making, and pushing the boundaries of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development efforts on web and mobile applications using the MERN stack.
• Architect scalable solutions and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to the development team.
• Collaborate with project management and design teams for seamless implementation of new features.
• Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in GraphQL and NestJS.
• Implement best practices in code quality, security, and maintainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing scalable applications using the MERN stack.
• Proficiency in GraphQL and familiarity with NestJS.
• Experience leading development teams and projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
