Job Description:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Operation and Recruitment specialist (minimum 5 years exp.).
  • Design and update job descriptions.
  • Handle onboarding & join formalities, managing employee life cycle activities from onboarding to exit.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques from various sources and interviewing candidates via phone, video, and in-person.
  • Manage campus drives across the region.
  • Maintain all levels of employees’ physical documents & records and database.
  • Experience with HRMS portal management.
  • Collaborate with line managers to identify future hiring needs.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Conduct orientations and update records of new staff.
  • Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
  • Perform HR generalist duties.
  • Foster employee engagement.
  • Multilingual speaking is a must.
