HR Recruiter

Location: Bangalore (Kaikondrahalli)

Work Timings: Mon – Fri (alternate Saturdays) – 10 A.M. to 7 P.M.

Experience: Graduate with a keen interest in the field of HR.
CTC: 2 – 2.5 LPA + incentives (negotiable)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Understand deeply the requirements of recruiting companies.
• Prepare Job Description.
• Sourcing potential candidates from various job portals and social media.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms, Conduct Interviews, Background Screening, and Orientation.
• Shortlist the candidates, negotiation with the candidate & guide candidate on interview procedure.
• Schedules & coordinate interviews with recruiting companies.
• Build & enhance Candidate-Relationship.
• Follow up with candidates and company till joining and probation period is completed.
• Maintain candidate database and status.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
