Job Description:
jazp.com is hiring a Senior HR Executive to oversee and manage various aspects of the human resources function within the organization. The role involves recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy development, compliance, training, and development.

Requirements:

• Any degree or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR.
• Proven experience in a senior HR role with expertise in various HR functions.
• In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office.
• Must be able to travel to other branches.
