Full Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, job boards, etc.
• Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various methods (e.g., structured interviews, behavioral interviews).
• Evaluate applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.

Requirements:

• Must have BPO HR experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting.
• Minimum of 1 year of total work experience.
