Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire hiring needs of the company from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to onboarding new team members
  • Handling inbound sales enquiries, coordinating with prospects, preparing proposals and being an active part of the business development team.
  • Handling administrative tasks as per the needs of the company
  • Ensuring positive team performance by conducting periodic reviews, pulse checks, taking feedback on performance from internal & external stakeholders
  • Conducting team engagement activities and maintaining a conducive work environment to foster positive collaborations and team spirit, in sync with business priorities
  • Governance and enforcement of the policies and procedures to be followed throughout the company
  • Ensuring that the company policies are up to date and are in coherence with the laws governing the company operations
  • Handling business operational tasks related to finances, preparation of business documents & reports, legal & compliance requirements
  • Requirements

  • Prior experience in operations management or a similar role (internships considered)
  • Knowledgeable in HR policies & practices, planning and team management
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Having the ability to bring efficiency to business operations
  • Having experience in executing & managing hiring, company operations, people management and administrative tasks
