Description:
Matfly Education Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Python Trainer to conduct training sessions. The trainer will be responsible for teaching Python programming language fundamentals and guiding students in developing basic application-based projects.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Python programming sessions, teaching fundamental concepts including data types, control structures, functions, and object-oriented programming.
• Guide students in understanding Python libraries commonly used for application development.
• Assist students in conceptualizing and developing projects aligned with real-world applications of Python.
• Provide hands-on exercises and assignments to reinforce learning and assess students’ progress.
• Offer guidance and support to troubleshoot programming issues and debug code effectively.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with other trainers and educational staff to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python programming with a strong understanding of core concepts.
• Prior experience in teaching Python programming to students.
• Familiarity with syllabus and ability to align projects with curriculum requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
• Availability to conduct training sessions as per the agreed schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certification in Python programming or teaching methodologies.
• Experience in developing educational content or curriculum.
