Job Description:
Siddha Perfect Systems Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Trainee Engineer (Production) to join our team in Bhosari, Pune. This role is ideal for recent graduates (BE/DME) with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to develop skills and gain practical knowledge in manufacturing processes.

Key Competencies and Responsibilities:

• Qualification: BE/DME (Bachelor’s in Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email.
• Knowledge of software tools like Creo and AutoCAD is advantageous.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
• Understanding of engineering materials, components, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of ISO requirements is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Complete assigned tasks as per commitments and deadlines.
• Regularly report to assigned department head and follow instructions.
• Collaborate with team members to execute tasks effectively.
• Understand and adhere to applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Attend meetings, assist on projects, provide suggestions for improvement, and prepare reports.
