Job Description: Canadian Global Life and Educare Pvt Ltd is seeking an HR Executive (Recruitment) to manage the organization’s day-to-day recruitment needs. This role involves connecting with institutions, manpower providers, and various job portals to source and attract potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting and Advertising:

• Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, including job boards and social media, to attract candidates.
• Advertise job openings effectively to reach a wide audience of potential candidates.

Sourcing and Screening Candidates:

• Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals to source suitable candidates.
• Review resumes and applications, conduct pre-screening interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability for the role.
• Conduct HR-round interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and fit for the organization.

Selection Processes:

• Select the most suitable candidate for the job based on assessments and interviews.
• Negotiate salary and other compensation terms and extend offers of employment to successful candidates.

Applicant Tracking and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of candidates and track their progress throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare reports on recruiting activities to provide insights into the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
