Job Description:

• Making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handling inbound calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, complaints, or requests.
• Following scripts or guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency and accuracy in communication.
• Identifying and qualifying sales leads through cold calling or warm calling techniques.
• Maintaining a database of customer information, interactions, and transactions.
• Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Providing information about products or services and persuading customers to make a purchase or subscribe to a service.
• Resolving customer issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborating with sales or marketing teams to support promotional activities or campaigns.
• Keeping abreast of product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide accurate information to customers.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, or facilitate repeat business.
