Job Description:
Nestasia is seeking a full-time Sales Executive to join their team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales through new opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and overseeing store operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek new sales opportunities and achieve individual and store targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Manage store operations including inventory, displays, cashiering, and stock management.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to devise sales and customer base expansion strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a relevant sales role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to establish rapport and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Strong sales and customer service orientation.
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed sales targets.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi.
  • Experience in the home decor or artisanal crafts industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,720.52 – ₹35,885.03 per month
