Job Description: Tesco Bengaluru is seeking an Associate-HR Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will adhere to our Business Code of Conduct, act with integrity, and demonstrate due diligence. Responsibilities include identifying operational improvements, completing tasks within agreed KPIs, supporting and administering HR shared services activities, managing reporting and query management, and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow the Business Code of Conduct and act with integrity.
• Identify operational improvements and find solutions using Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and techniques.
• Complete tasks and transactions within agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support and administer HR shared services activities and deliver within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on Turnaround Time (TAT) and Accuracy.
• Manage reporting and query management.
• Maintain good working relationships with teams within and outside People Operations.
• Answer all queries promptly, accurately, and deliver great customer service.

Qualifications:

• Basic MS Office skills – Excel, Word.
• Eye for detail.
• Speed and accuracy.
• Planning and organizing skills.
• Basic numeracy skills.
