Job Description:
The Mind Research Foundation is seeking a Front Desk/Reception Manager to oversee responsibilities in a clinic setting. This role involves managing visitor interactions, calls, appointments, administrative tasks, and billing processes.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and Directing Visitors: Welcome visitors warmly, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answering and Directing Calls: Manage incoming calls, take messages, and route calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as necessary. Maintain an organized appointment calendar.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry. Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory.
- Patient/Client Assistance: Assist patients or clients with completing forms and other necessary documentation. Provide information and answer inquiries regarding clinic/office services.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Billing and Payments: Handle billing processes, take payments, issue receipts, and assist with insurance claims processing.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with staff and management regarding any issues or concerns that arise at the front desk.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (Required).
