Brief Description:
We are seeking a self-driven Telecaller to join our Sales team! As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers with the primary objective of achieving your sales quota. Excellent communication skills in English are required, and the ability to communicate with international customers is crucial. Both experienced individuals and freshers are encouraged to apply. Freshers must have a qualified degree in M.A & B.A Eng Lit, BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, while experienced candidates should have at least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling International Voice process or Domestic Voice Process. The shift timing is from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am (US Shift), Monday to Saturday. A 2-week training will be provided with no stipend.

• Learn details about our product and service offerings
• Address any questions or issues customers may have
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs
• Offer solutions based on client’s needs and capabilities
• Direct prospects and leads to the sales team

• Always strive towards meeting sales quota
• Track and document calls and sales
• Update client records
• Should have system operating skills knowing MS Office as a must.
