Company Overview: AISHWARYA CARS is a reputable pre-owned car showroom in Porur, Chennai, dedicated to offering quality pre-owned vehicles and exceptional customer service. As part of our expansion, we are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated female telecallers to join our team.

Job Description: As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers over the phone to promote our pre-owned car inventory and schedule showroom visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our pre-owned car inventory.
• Explain vehicle features and benefits to customers.
• Respond to incoming calls and address customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to accurately answer customer questions.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments for interested customers.
• Record customer interactions and update the database with accurate information.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Pleasant and persuasive telephone etiquette.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
• Goal-oriented with a desire to succeed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Punctual and able to adhere to office hours (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
