Job Description:
Medico Pilot Pvt Ltd. is seeking a Tele Calling Executive to initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective leads to encourage their participation in company webinar meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Contact respective leads and inform them about the company’s webinars.
• Use scripts to contact both existing and prospective leads.
• Follow up with leads to ensure their attendance in the webinars.
• Ask questions to leads to understand their specifications.
• Resolve queries and issues related to the webinar.
• Maintain records of all phone calls.
• Regularly update the database of leads.

Requirements:

• Languages: Proficiency in English and Kannada (Mandatory) + Telugu/Tamil/Hindi (Any 3 languages).
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Age: 18-30 years.
• Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (Preferred).
• Experience: Total work experience of 1 year (Preferred).
