Job Description:
As a Sr. HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in leading and directing the routine functions of our Human Resources (HR) department. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, Hiring, and Retaining Talent: Lead talent acquisition efforts to ensure the recruitment, selection, and retention of top-tier talent.
- Employee Engagement: Implement strategies to foster employee engagement and satisfaction within the organization.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, including evaluations and goal-setting initiatives.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with regulations.
- Development and Training: Facilitate employee development and training programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate HR-related risks, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to company policies.
- Audits and Legal Compliance: Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Employer-Employee Relations: Manage relationships between employees and the organization, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain Company Culture: Uphold and promote the company’s values and culture throughout the organization.
- Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and provident fund contributions.
- Create a Safe Work Environment: Implement measures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
- Handle Disciplinary Actions: Address disciplinary issues in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey information and foster collaboration.
- Strategic Thinking: Apply strategic thinking to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in HR roles.
- Master’s degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations.
