Responsibilities
To prepare Performance Appraisal templates for new positions and update existing templates in coordination with department Heads/ In-Charges for Junior level staff
To prepare appraisal list for nursing and housekeeping department and hand over the files to respective department Heads/ In-Charges once in six month and circulate templates once in a year for other departments
Review performance of Level three and four staff on bi-monthly basis in coordination with team leaders
To follow up with the Appraiser to appraise the employee and make sure that the appraiser handover the Appraisal sheet to the HR department on time
Consolidate the Appraisal sheets, prepare a consolidated report and get it approved and in case of any biased analysis in the Appraisal, discuss with the Appraiser
Make one to one interaction to discuss the Appraisal feedback with the employee along with the Head of the Department during the month of July / Jan / Dec.
Prepare the incentive list based on the Appraisal scores in case of Nurses, Ward boys, Ayahs, OT Boys and Housekeepers and hand it over to Accounts Department before the last week of July / Jan after being approved by the Reporting Head
To prepare appraisal based training list after the performance evaluation report received from the departmental Heads/ In-Charges and hand over the list to the T&D segment
To file the individual employee performance appraisal templates in the personal file and make sure it is signed by the persons involved (appraiser & appraise) in the appraisal
To take rounds to monitor on-the-job performance of the staffs and discuss with the In-Charges of the same and submit a report if necessary
