Job Description:
We are seeking a SAP HR HCM professional for a part-time position. The key responsibilities include conducting technology training, assisting students with projects, adapting to new technologies, and monitoring batch progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct technology training as per defined curriculum/course.
• Assist students in completing projects/assignments in the lab.
• Adapt to new technologies as per business requirements.
• Monitor batch progress and report escalations to management.

Competencies/Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP introduction and modules such as HR Structure, Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, Payroll Management, Personal Development, Recruitment, Training & Event Management, and Travel Management.

Qualification:

• Graduation with SAP Certifications (Global Certified).

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience or fresher with SAP Certification.
