Full Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities:

• Have good exposure to the Building materials industry (Paints/Pipes/Tiles/Sanitary, etc.). Candidates from the Paint industry with bazaar sales experience will receive preference.
• Experience in handling a large retail dealer network (20/25 dealers) in a given territory.
• Familiarity with daily sales reporting systems. This position reports to the Branch Head.
• Proficiency in English and fluent in the local language.
• Candidates currently working/living in the advertised locations are preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in Arts/Science/Commerce. Additional qualification in management (MBA) desirable.
• In the age group of 28 to 32 years with 5-8 years of experience in retail Sales/Dealer management.
