Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at Fitx120, your primary responsibility is to connect with potential customers, understand their fitness needs and goals, and assist them in finding the right fitness products. You will play a key role in achieving the company’s sales targets by delivering excellent customer service, conducting effective sales presentations, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with potential customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
• Gain a deep understanding of our fitness products, services, and membership options.
• Listen to customers’ fitness goals and requirements, asking probing questions to assess their needs.
• Address and overcome customer objections or concerns professionally and persuasively.
• Contribute to lead generation efforts by identifying and qualifying potential customers.
• Maintain contact with potential and existing customers, providing ongoing support and information.
• Accurately record customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.

• Daily 40-50 actual calls
• Follow-ups

Salary:

• Full-time: ₹10,000 per month (CONSTANT) + Incentives
• Part-time: ₹5,000 per month (CONSTANT) + Incentives

Working Hours:

• Full-time: 8-10 hours
• Part-time: 4-5 hours
