Key Responsibilities:

• Meet with claimants and hospital representatives to verify insurance claims.
• Cross-check information with doctors to ensure claim accuracy.
• Maintain and improve the quality of customer service by managing and developing relationships with clients.
• Assist with insurance-related matters, including claims handling, service inquiries, and policy questions.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Candidates with experience in a relevant field are preferred).
• Qualification: Any Graduates.
