Full job description:
As a Product Design Manager at CrowdStrike, you’ll lead a team of designers, fostering an environment of collaboration and supporting their professional growth. You’ll collaborate closely with other managers to coordinate cross-product group collaborations and grow the design practice at CrowdStrike. Reporting to the Design Manager for Player Experience, you’ll be part of a global Product Design team, collaborating with product managers and engineering to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of designers to deliver world-class user interfaces for CrowdStrike’s flagship product.
• Partner with peers in design, engineering, and product management to prioritize, track, and organize roadmap priorities.
• Represent design across the organization, including marketing, sales, support, and documentation.
• Mentor and coach designers to support their professional growth.
• Drive design reviews and provide/receive frequent feedback.
• Communicate design objectives and principles to the broader team.
• Develop knowledge of all CrowdStrike features and services to drive consistency and cohesive solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with experience working with designers, PM/Eng partners, and other managers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in B2B SaaS product design.
• Flexibility in managing people and resources for multiple projects.
• Outstanding collaboration skills in a fast-paced, highly distributed environment.
• Experience in end-to-end user experience processes, including user journeys, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise SaaS products.
• Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry.
• Experience with data visualization and platform design.
