Full Job Description:
Actuate Infraserv LLP, situated in Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra, is in need of an Office Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to various engineering departments and teams within the organization. The role involves facilitating communication between project sites and the central administrative office, managing mail and correspondence, updating office records, databases, and files, and liaising with vendors for RFPs related to products/services requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to engineering departments and teams
  • Facilitate communication between project sites and central office
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence
  • Maintain and update office records, databases, and files
  • Communicate with vendors for RFPs related to product/service requirements

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Helpful and supportive attitude
  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and prioritize tasks effectively

Education and Experience:

  • Diploma/Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be willing to work from the office daily

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay Types: Yearly bonus

Experience:

  • Total work: 1-3 years (Preferred)

Shift Availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person (Kharadi)
