Description:

• Seeking a Customer Care Executive with 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Fully remote position.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls promptly.
• Follow communication scripts for various topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Maintain comprehensive records of all conversations.
• Display multitasking skills and flexibility in shifts.
• Meet personal/team targets for quality and quantity.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Process orders, forms, and applications.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Produce chat reports.

Requirements:

• 2 years of total work experience, with at least 1 year in customer service.
• Proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Tamil.

Additional Information:

• Requires a good internet connection, computer, and headset.
