Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a high-performing Human Resource Manager with experience in industrial relations, plant HR, or factory HR to serve as a liaison between the labour force and management. Responsibilities include overseeing the hiring and termination processes, planning personnel needs, conducting job analysis, evaluating performances, managing salaries and wages, scheduling employee vacations, providing benefits, resolving disputes, and effectively communicating with employees at all levels.

Additionally, the role involves preparing and distributing information for management during collective bargaining processes. Candidates should be well-versed in collective bargaining trends, wage data, economics, and labour laws. The ideal candidate will interpret and administer employees’ contracts regarding various issues such as economics, healthcare benefits, salaries and wages, work hours, fair employment practices, safety codes, union practices, pensions, and grievances.
