Responsibilities:

1. Candidate Sourcing:
   • Utilize various recruitment channels (online job boards, social media, referrals, professional networks) to source potential candidates.
   • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
   • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.
2. Placement Coordination:
   • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
   • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
   • Manage the placement process, including background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment assessments.
   • Provide timely feedback to candidates and assist in making job offers.
3. Onboarding Support:
   • Assist with new hire onboarding, including collecting and verifying employment documents.
   • Conduct orientation sessions and facilitate completion of necessary paperwork.
   • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure new employees have required resources on their first day.
   • Address queries and provide support to new hires during their initial period.
4. Recruitment Administration:
   • Maintain accurate candidate records in HR database.
   • Prepare recruitment-related reports and metrics for HR management and hiring managers.
   • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
   • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
