Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through various channels
• Conduct initial candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and fit with the company culture
• Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, gathering feedback from interviewers, and making hiring recommendations
• Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate record
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts to attract top talent
• Provide regular recruitment dashboards, reports and metrics to the leadership

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar HR role
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of Sourcing strategies
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
