Job Description:
Spider Tech Lab is seeking students from MBA HR specialization with excellent communication and presentation skills to join as HR Recruiters. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Building and maintaining a candidate pipeline through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinating interview schedules and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA HR specialization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Previous experience in recruiting is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
