Job Description:
HeadPro Consulting is hiring Recruiters/Senior Recruiters/Key Account Managers for IT and Non-IT recruitment roles. This position is located near Rajajinagar metro station in Bengaluru and offers a full-time work-from-office opportunity, Monday to Friday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.

Requirements:

• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates (relevant recruitment experience preferred).
• Preference for female candidates for diversity roles.
• Candidates on career breaks or sabbaticals are welcome.
• No age constraint.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for senior-level IT and Non-IT positions.
• Match candidates with suitable roles based on their skills and strengths.
