Job Description:
ENDIMENSION TECHNOLOGY is seeking a dynamic HR Specialist with a focus on recruiting, negotiating remuneration, and managing radiologists for our medical team. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing and vetting talent, negotiating contracts, and ensuring efficient workforce management.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Selection:
   • Source, screen, and interview potential radiologists for part-time or full-time positions.
   • Manage radiologists’ working time slots to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
   • Collaborate with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and priorities.
   • Obtain approval from management before finalizing recruitment decisions.
2. Negotiation and Remuneration:
   • Negotiate contract terms, including compensation packages, with recruited radiologists.
   • Ensure alignment between organizational budgetary constraints and radiologists’ expectations.
   • Maintain updated knowledge of industry standards and market trends in radiologist remuneration.
3. Workforce Management:
   • Coordinate leaves, shifts, and attendance of staff in accordance with organizational policies.
   • Update attendance records and manage payroll processes for staff and radiologists.

Qualifications:

• MBA / Postgraduate in HR or relevant field (Preferable) from a recognized institute.
• Proven experience in healthcare recruitment.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex compensation discussions.
• Familiarity with workforce management software and tools.
