Job Description:
HTCL Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an HR Executive to join our team in Domlur, Bengaluru. This role involves optimizing HR functions, designing compensation and benefits packages, implementing performance review procedures, and managing various HR tasks. Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design compensation and benefits packages.
• Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations).
• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
• Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
• Monitor HR department’s budget.
• Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
• Manage employees’ grievances.
• Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the HR industry.
• Language: English, Hindi, and Kannada (Preferred).

Additional Information:

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent.
• Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month.
• Schedule: Day shift, fixed shift, Monday to Friday, weekend availability.
