Job Description:

As a Graphics Designing and Animation Trainer, you will be responsible for instructing and guiding students in the fields of graphic design, animation, and visual communication. Your primary duties will include:

Curriculum Development:

• Develop comprehensive training modules and course materials for graphic design and animation programs, covering topics such as digital illustration, motion graphics, 3D modeling, and multimedia production.

Instruction:

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to students, utilizing industry-standard software tools and techniques for graphic design and animation, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Autodesk Maya, or Blender.

Skill Development:

• Facilitate hands-on learning experiences, providing practical exercises, projects, and assignments to help students develop their technical skills and artistic abilities in graphic design and animation.

Critique and Feedback:

• Provide constructive feedback and critique on student work, guiding them in improving their design concepts, visual aesthetics, and animation techniques.

Industry Insights:

• Share industry insights, trends, and best practices with students, helping them understand the current landscape of graphic design and animation and prepare for careers in the field.

Portfolio Development:

• Assist students in building and refining their portfolios, showcasing their best graphic design and animation projects to potential employers or clients.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with other trainers, instructors, and industry professionals to organize workshops, guest lectures, and networking events for students to enhance their learning experience and industry connections.

Mentorship:

• Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, providing guidance and support in their academic and career pursuits in graphic design and animation.

Professional Development:

• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in graphic design and animation through continuous learning and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or certification in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design and animation, with at least X years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design and animation software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, animation, and visual communication.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and techniques in a clear and engaging manner.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with a commitment to fostering creativity, innovation, and excellence in graphic design and animation.
