Job Description:

Legacy TVS is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to manage relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction with products and services. Responsibilities include handling queries, resolving issues, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Cultivate long-term customer relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for superior customer service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preference: Candidates from Kannur are preferred.
