Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the dynamic sectors of food and metal industries. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of market dynamics in these industries.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food and metal sectors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and negotiation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet customer needs.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote company products/services.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and report on sales performance regularly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in the food and/or metal industry is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
