Full Job Description: Wyzmindz Solutions Pvt Ltd is conducting walk-in interviews for the position of Business Analyst Trainee on Wednesday, 03 April 2024, at their office premises. This role involves supporting customers utilizing AUTOSherpa CRM, a SaaS CRM product, by providing data analysis and client support. Candidates will assist automotive dealers in navigating the CRM software and resolving issues through various communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop deep knowledge of AUTOSherpa CRM software
• Monitor team performance using Excel and analytical tools
• Resolve customer issues through phone, email, or chat
• Help customers navigate CRM tools
• Diagnose software issues and engage with the product team

Requirements:

• Graduates with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
• Proficiency in MS Excel, particularly VLOOKUP, PIVOT Table, IF Conditions, Graphs & Charts
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Ability to handle changing priorities and customer needs
• Multilingual speakers fluent in Hindi, Marathi, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Punjabi, Bengali are preferred
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid model (3 days work from home, 3 days work from the office)

Compensation Plan:

• Rs. 10,000 Monthly stipend during the first 6 months of training
• Annual CTC of Rs. 2,40,000 will apply after the completion of 6 months of training
