Responsibilities
Gather requirements for Talent projects, including SAP SuccessFactors modules and data integration needs
Analyze existing Talent processes and recommend solutions that leverage SAP SuccessFactors and other technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Design and implement data integration solutions, ensuring the accurate and secure flow of data between SAP SuccessFactors and other systems
Create comprehensive and clear business requirement documents, process maps, use cases, and other relevant documentation
Develop test plans, scenarios, and conduct testing to ensure the functionality and integration of SAP SuccessFactors meet business needs and quality standards
Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, project teams, and technical experts
Collaborate with change management teams to support end-users in adapting to new systems and processes resulting from SAP SuccessFactors implementations
Identify and address project issues and risks related to SAP SuccessFactors and data integration, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution
Participate in process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to business processes and system functionality
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in business analysis or SAP SuccessFactors preferred
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration
As a Business Analyst, 5 to 8 years of industry experience preferably in Talent
