Position: B2B Salesperson
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients within the B2B market who could benefit from physical security products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, security consultants, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate physical security solutions tailored to client requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting the unique value proposition of the products.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports using CRM system.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand the client base.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the physical security industry.
- Strong understanding of physical security products such as IP cameras, access control systems, PV systems, and signage solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software tools.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
