About the Company:
Sada Smart Solutions LLP is a leading provider of innovative physical security solutions, specializing in IP cameras, access control systems, PV systems, and signage solutions.

Position: B2B Salesperson
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients within the B2B market who could benefit from physical security products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, security consultants, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate physical security solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals highlighting the unique value proposition of the products.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and activity reports using CRM system.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand the client base.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the physical security industry.
  • Strong understanding of physical security products such as IP cameras, access control systems, PV systems, and signage solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual with exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales-related software tools.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
