DOPA is an emerging venture initiated by the Doctors of Government Medical College Calicut. Our aim is to nurture the bright and enthusiastic young minds aspiring to pursue a career in medicine. We provide medical entrance coaching for XI, XII, and repeater students through the DOPA mobile application. Our team of doctors guides and mentors future doctors, enriching their minds with knowledge in a structured and engaging manner. With DOPA, we aim to open a window to the dreams of aspiring medical professionals.

Job Description:

• Qualification: Any Degree
• Gender: Male
• Shifts: Morning & Evening

Responsibilities:

• Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure academic success.
• Provide advice and guidance to students regarding their academic progress.
• Coordinate faculty meetings, workshops, and other events that support student learning and development.
• Create and update student records, including course schedules and class rosters.
• Coordinate student activities such as homecoming festivities, alumni events, and student performances.
• Manage the student advising program to ensure students receive quality advising services.
• Work with academic departments to develop course schedules and monitor student attendance.
• Review course syllabi to ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with faculty members to ensure classes have adequate staffing and materials for instruction.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.58 – ₹15,000.60 per month

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year of total work experience preferred
• Availability for both day and night shifts preferred
