We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a thorough understanding of the recruitment life cycle. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and should be proficient in sourcing candidates from various platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc. We specialize in core IT positions, so prior experience in IT recruitment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Maintain the quality of candidates being submitted through effective screening techniques.
• Utilize various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Monster to source quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on IT positions.
• Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates using online platforms.
• Experience working directly with high-tech companies (direct clients) is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,973.83 – ₹41,660.07 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning shift, Night shift
