Job Description: Security Bouncers monitor the venue for safety issues and may patrol the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and fire. Crowd control Bouncers control the flow of people, ensuring that entrances, exits, and stairwells are not blocked. They may also escort unruly patrons out of the venue. Identification Bouncers check IDs to ensure that patrons are at least the legal age to enter the venue. They may also be responsible for spotting fake IDs. Search and seizure Bouncers may frisk patrons to ensure they don’t have weapons, drugs, or other contraband. Communication Bouncers communicate with other staff members and patrons, answering questions about policies and procedures. They may also report incidents to the venue’s management. Emergencies Bouncers are responsible for leading emergency procedures, such as providing first aid to injured patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor the venue for safety issues, and patrol the premises to prevent theft, vandalism, and fire

• Lead emergency procedures, such as providing first aid to injured patrons
• Collect cover charges
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures
• Complete training courses that cover topics such as conflict resolution, recognizing fake IDs, and alcohol regulations

Requirements:

• 1 year of total work experience in a relevant field (Preferred)
