Responsibilities:

• Engage and Educate: Conduct engaging and effective online tutoring sessions for students in grades 11 and 12, focusing on Accountancy topics across various curricula.
• Subject Mastery: Teach key Accountancy subjects tailored to the specific curricula, including:
  • CBSE & ICSE: Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Partnership Accounts, Company Accounts, and Financial Statements Analysis.
  • PUC (Pre-University Course): Accountancy concepts specific to the Karnataka State Board syllabus.
• Customized Learning: Develop personalized lesson plans that cater to individual student needs and learning styles, ensuring a deep understanding of complex concepts.
• Exam Preparation: Help students prepare for their board exams by providing effective study strategies, solving past papers, and offering tips on exam techniques.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and provide detailed feedback to students and parents. Adjust teaching methods based on student performance to ensure continuous improvement.
• Motivate and Mentor: Foster a supportive and encouraging virtual learning environment where students feel confident to ask questions and engage in discussions.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accountancy, Commerce, or a related field. A Master’s degree or teaching certifications are highly desirable.
• Teaching Experience: Proven experience in teaching Accountancy, especially for grades 11 and 12. Experience with CBSE, ICSE, or PUC curricula is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, or Microsoft Teams, and the ability to effectively use digital resources in teaching.
