Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field (preferred)
Previous experience working in a daycare or childcare setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Certification in CPR, First Aid, and other relevant childcare training (preferred)
Familiarity with licensing regulations and requirements for daycare facilities
