Job Description
Responsibilities

Customer service: Greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations

Food and drink: Taking orders, preparing and serving food and drinks, and making sure customers have everything they need

Cleaning: Keeping the counter, eating areas, and serving areas clean and tidy

Cash handling: Using a till to take payments, give change, and provide receipts

Food safety: Handling raw and cooked food safely and following food hygiene rules

Inventory: Managing inventories and stocking shelves

Bookkeeping: Performing bookkeeping activities

Special offers: Informing customers about special offers

Transactions: Documenting transactions and following up with customers if needed
