Full job description:

Position Summary: The Business Partner will continuously develop and execute financial planning and analysis systems to meet the business objectives of CIRCOR International.

Principal Activities:

• Supporting the development and implementation of best financial practices
• Managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash flow, working capital, import and export compliances
• Assisting with financial forecasting
• Managing and achieving financial targets and objectives
• Providing financial analysis to business unit management
• Supporting financial decision-making and budget processes
• Assisting in the preparation of the operating budget
• Supporting the preparation of management reports
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Planning, studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activities such as raw material purchases, inventory, and labor
• Analyzing changes in product design, materials procurement and handling, manufacturing methods, processes, or services provided to determine effects on cost
• Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
• Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures and actively participating in efforts towards cost reduction and avoidance
• Analyzing audits of costs and preparing reports
• Maintaining cost accounting systems
• Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services with actionable recommendations
• Conducting physical inventories and monitoring cycle count program, reconciling variances in inventories
• Evaluating excess and obsolete inventory and developing action plans to reduce it.

Candidate Requirements:

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

• Strong finance systems background with excellent analytical skills and a sound understanding of accounting principles
• Computer literate with strong Excel skills, proficiency in Outlook and Word, working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
• Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on the development and analysis of cost standards
• Ability to accurately prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of solid financial accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with a multinational company
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s degree in Accounting preferred
• Work experience at remote locations in a matrix organization with multiple reporting will be considered as preferred.

Job Details:

• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹750,000.00 per year
