The role requires at least 1 year of proven hands-on experience in Bench sales within the US IT Staffing market. The responsibilities include maintaining and growing business networks, self-sourcing new hires, understanding US tax terms, building vendor relationships, and more. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, time management abilities, and experience in cold calling and negotiation.
