Position Overview:
As a Telesales Team Leader, you will lead a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets, meet customer needs, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach a team of telesales representatives to achieve sales targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Training and Development: Provide training to team members to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
• Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback for improvement.
• Lead Generation: Identify new lead generation opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Sales Reporting: Create and maintain sales reports to track progress and provide updates to senior management.
• Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Compliance: Ensure team compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• At least 5 years of leadership or team management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to achieving sales goals.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• BPO experience is a plus.
