Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
• Generate sales leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs.
• Provide detailed information about products or services and answer customer queries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor own performance against sales targets and take corrective action when necessary.
• Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on sales performance and customer responses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Update customer information and track sales progress.
• Stay informed about the company’s products, services, and pricing.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and results.
• Provide insights and feedback to the sales team and management on customer preferences and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Persuasive and results-oriented with a strong ability to close sales.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
