Genova Technologies is currently seeking a Female Tele Caller to join our team in Calicut. If you are fluent in both Malayalam and English and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in tele-calling, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
• Communicate effectively in both Malayalam and English.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about our products or services.
• Achieve sales targets and quotas.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Malayalam and English.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in tele-calling or a related role.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability.
• Willingness to relocate to Calicut if not already residing in the area.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability

Supplemental Pay Types: Commission pay, Performance bonus, Yearly bonus

Ability to Commute/Relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate to Calicut, Kerala (Required)

Education: Master’s degree preferred

Experience:

• Technical support: 2 years required
• Tele sales: 2 years required
• Total work: 2 years required

Language: English and Malayalam fluency required
