Job Description: Novelworx Digital Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Supervisor to join their team in Malur. The Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and recording attendance, arranging staff for production as per requirement, sourcing new manpower for different departments, supervising and managing manpower for smooth functioning, controlling absentees, ensuring availability of manpower, and maintaining a database for sourcing manpower. Additionally, the Supervisor will coordinate with the head office for operational activities.
